No Artwork, in part or whole, may be used for financial gain. This includes web pages or tags used on websites that enerate any income, without prior written permission from myself.
No Artwork, in part or whole, may be used on any website or msn group that promotes hatred or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc.
Artwork may be used for personal use, including tags, web pages, etc. so long as the artwork remains recognizable to it's original form.
Artwork may be colorized in one solitary color or hue (Sepia/Black & White). Artwork may not be colorized in part (example: Changing the color of the tube's 'clothing' etc.)
All pieces containing my artwork MUST contain a clear and legible copyright of ©Aiya Riordan located on it. As of August 1, 2008 all future tags must be labeled "©AiyaRiordan Artist Freebie" if you are using my free work. Past creations do not need to be altered or updated. This is to help managers & moderators know the difference between my PTU and my FTU art.
You may use my artwork with other artists as long as it does not interfere with the other artists' TOU and there is a clear and legible copyright of ©Aiya Riordan on the finished product.
NO IMAGE MAY BE RE-DISTRIBUTED AT ANY TIME. This includes tut supplies. You may, however, provide a link to my blogspot or to MyPSPTubes.com to direct users to my art.
Glitters and solitary recolors are allowed. Blinking and LIGHT hair glitter is allowed. Other animations of ANY kind (see above for recoloring) are NOT allowed and are
a violation of my TOU's.

Does this mean your previous tubes will not be allowed to be used since you are going ptu?
All previously released FTU tubes will remain FTU. I'm not going to punish my fans by making them pay for something I gave them willingly. I will let you know more as things progress! - Aiya
Since this is the case, the tubes that are on your blog, where is the download link?
Carangel, I have had some issues with the links, but as soon as I get it straightened out I will re-add them to the posts.
